Pricing questions
Is it really 0% commission on digital downloads?+
Yes — on every paid plan, PixVend takes nothing from your digital photo sales. You pay your flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of your digital revenue (minus standard Stripe card processing). The free plan carries a 5% commission.
How do print sales work?+
Prints are fulfilled and drop-shipped by our print lab partner. You set your own markup over the base print cost, and PixVend takes a small tiered fee on the markup only — from 17.5% on Starter down to 10% on Enterprise. The base cost is never marked up by us.
How do payouts work?+
Buyers pay through Stripe and the money routes directly to your connected Stripe account — daily, weekly, or monthly payouts to your bank, your choice. PixVend never holds your revenue.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe and take effect immediately. Cancel whenever — your galleries stay exportable and your photos are always yours.
What happens if I outgrow my storage?+
Add extra storage as an add-on from your billing page, or step up a plan — Enterprise includes 10 TB. High-volume event photographers routinely upload 100K+ photos per weekend on PixVend.
